Former Green Bay Packers All-Pro cornerback Jaire Alexander, with whom the team parted before the season, had a rough debut with his new squad, the Baltimore Ravens.
As the Buffalo Bills engineered a dramatic fourth-quarter rally to stun the Ravens on Sept. 7 in Week 1 of the NFL season 41-40, Alexander fell under the microscope twice on the final drive.
He first surrendered a 32-yard gain by Josh Palmer in man coverage to put Buffalo in field-goal range while facing a 2-point deficit, and then Alexander was seemingly on the hook for an even more dubious play matched up with Bills receiver Keon Coleman.
