The Green Bay Packers endured a disappointing season in 2023 as they failed to
make the playoffs for the first time under head coach Matt LaFleur. But despite
the disappointing overall performance, there were some players that played well
enough to give the team reasons for hope for 2023.

Tom showed his versatility as a rookie while playing every position along the offensive line except center. He has graded out better as a pass blocker than a run blocker as a rookie, but his ability to protect Aaron Rodgers both at tackle and at guard was surprisingly strong for a rookie.
