Falcons sign veteran center, safety to 90-man roster

The Atlanta Falcons announced a handful of transactions on Sunday afternoon, signing veteran center Jake Hanson and safety Ronnie Harrison. To make room on the 90-man roster, the team released offensive lineman Michael Gonzalez and placed safety Grayland Arnold on the reserve/injured list in corresponding moves.

The Falcons are counting on former reserve Ryan Neuzil to take over for Drew Dalman this season, but Hanson gives the team another center with starting experience.

Hanson was drafted by the Green Bay Packers in the sixth round of the 2020 NFL draft out of Oregaon.
