The Green Bay Packers are on standby. Until quarterback Aaron Rodgers decides what he wants to do, it's hard for general manager Brian Gutekunst and the rest of the front office to operate and execute a plan for the 2023 season and beyond. It's their job to plan for both scenarios, with or without Rodgers, to have everything in place as soon as Rodgers tells them what his intentions are. The expectation is that his answer will come before the new league year starts on March 15, so the Packers will have a few days to put a plan in motion.
