It seems like Joe Barry’s defenses give up huge rushing totals all the time. I suppose this isn’t even really a Barry problem as it seems to have plagued Green Bay Packers defensive coordinators for much of my lifetime, but it also seems to have grown more common lately. Big rushing totals aren’t even always a bad thing, provided your offense is dominating and maintaining leads. But while allowing 100-125 yards is probably not indicative of anything too troubling about the defense, giving up 200ish yards probably means you got absolutely gashed, and that the opposing running game was an actual, real weapon for your opponent.
Do the Packers give up 200 yards rushing more than other teams?
