After four offensive tackles signed contracts worth more than $30 million this offseason, it wouldn’t be surprising at all to hear that David Bakhtiari is looking forward to inking his next deal, whether that’s with the Green Bay Packers or elsewhere.
Set to turn 29 in September, Bakhatiari is headed into a contract year and could be looking at a significant payday. But if there’s been any movement on that front, he’s not tipping his hand, telling reporters during a Zoom call Tuesday that he’s willing to let the chips fall where they may.
