But while the transformation for No. 10 is going on, there is something interesting happening with Matt LaFleur. He is entering his fifth season as an NFL head coach with a sparkling 47-19 regular season record — including three straight NFC North titles.
Yet, that isn’t the approach that he is taking this year.
“It feels like Year 1, quite frankly,” LaFleur said this week.
