I’ve said about a dozen times that we really don’t know what kind of a player Jordan Love is.
The same can be true about Josiah Deguara.
He was drafted in the third round of the 2020 NFL Draft — ironically the same year as Love. However, he has averaged only 13 receptions a year in three seasons and has never played more than 35 percent of the offensive snaps in one season.
I’ll be honest, I wasn’t sure about Deguara as a draft pick. The University of Cincinnati product was known for his solid blocking and soft hands but his catching radius on tough throws has always been a question mark.
