Jaire Alexander has been an enigma wrapped in a riddle.
He suffered a shoulder injury when he dove for a tipped pass in a Week 9 win over the Rams. That was on Nov. 5.
He has been inactive for the last five games and didn’t even travel on Monday night’s game to the Meadowlands.
The reason why it’s confusing is because it would’ve been better off if he was just placed on injured reserve if he could not go. If a player goes on IR during the season, players must miss a minimum of four games.
