In this space last week, I wrote that it was time for Matt LaFleur to "flip the switch." I was referring to the conservative nature of the game plans we were seeing on a regular basis. I felt the plan needed to be more aggressive against the Lions, as I expected the Packers to need at least 30 points to win the game since the Lions would get theirs and be close behind. Well, not only did LaFleur flip the switch, he pushed it so hard it broke and was stuck in super aggressive mode. It was a bit over aggressive for my general liking (that last fourth down play), but when it works, there's no sense in griping.
