Hot damn! I would have been thrilled with the Franchise tag and one more year of Jones, but now he will be here longer. How much longer likely depends on how long Rodgers is here and playing at a high level, which I expect to be at least two more years. Like it or not, this is the Packers' version of going "all-in."

Anyone else feel the Packers are taking an unnecessary risk by putting the 2nd round tender on Tonyan? I'm curious how far the Packers would go to match an offer for Tonyan, which I think is a possibility.
