But on Monday, the Washington Commanders' quarterback popped up on their injury report ahead of a short week and a Thursday Night Football clash with the Green Bay Packers to open up Week 2.
The Commanders didn't actually practice Monday, so it was one of those estimated injury reports that happen on the quick turnaround from Sunday to Thursday.
Daniels was listed with a right wrist injury. His estimated practice participation was full, which is a good sign.

It seems unlikely that the injury would keep him out against Green Bay, but it's something worth watching.
