The Indianapolis Colts announced on Monday afternoon that they signed veteran cornerback David Long to the practice squad.
With this addition, the Colts' practice squad is now at full capacity.
Listed at 5-11 - 196 pounds, Long was a third-round pick by the Los Angeles Rams in 2019, appearing in 67 games during his NFL career, with 43 starts.
Long would spend this offseason with the New York Giants. In 2023, he was with the Carolina Panthers, Green Bay Packers, and the Las Vegas Raiders, playing 193 defensive snaps with the Panthers and Raiders, while being a special teams contributor with the Packers.
