The Clayton Tune era is over in Arizona. After the Arizona Cardinals cut him, he did not re-sign with the practice squad. Instead, he signed with the Green Bay Packers' practice squad, where he will be the Packers' third quarterback on the team.
The two quarterbacks on the Packers' active roster are Jordan Love and Malik Willis.
Tune was a fifth-round pick out of Houston in 2023 and was the Cardinals' backup the last two seasons. However, with the Cardinals signing Jacoby Brissett, Tune was, at best, going to be relegated to the practice squad.
