Cheese Curds, 12/18: What more could it possibly take to force a change at DC?

For the first time in Lambeau Field history, a visiting quarterback had a perfect passer rating on Sunday. That’s bad enough regardless of who it is, but the quarterback who did it was Baker Mayfield.

And perhaps the craziest part of that stat line is that a look back at the tape shows he barely needed to make any difficult throws. It was truly the piece de resistance for Green Bay Packers defensive coordinator Joe Barry, someone whose title may well finally be “former defensive coordinator” soon.

Matt LaFleur’s postgame comments were noncommittal about Barry’s future, which is a far cry from his full-throated support of his assistant earlier this season — even after other bad defensive performances.
