Businesses work to attract fans to Lambeau Field district on game days knowing Packers won't play in front of fans

GREEN BAY – On a normal Packers home game weekend, tens of thousands of fans descend on Green Bay businesses, spending millions of dollars.

This year, those businesses will be happy if a thousand fans come out on game days and spend anything.

"There really isn’t a way to replace 80,000 people. We are not trying to do that. We are working on trying to bring in as much business as we can in a safe way," said Brad Toll, president and CEO of the Green Bay Area Convention and Visitors Bureau.
