As the defending NFC West champions, the Los Angeles Rams are going to have a first-place schedule in 2025. That means they’ll face three other teams that also won their divisions last season, making the path back to the playoffs more difficult for L.A.
In addition to their three NFC West rivals, the Rams will also face the NFC South, AFC South and these three first-place teams: Lions, Eagles and Ravens. There will also be a lot of traveling, with trips to Charlotte, Atlanta, Philadelphia, Jacksonville, Nashville and Baltimore all on the docket in 2025.
Based strictly on projected win totals next season, the Rams’ schedule is ranked as the 13th-toughest, according to Sharp Football Analysis’ strength of schedule.
