A.J. Dillon suffers fractured rib in playoff loss

Packers running back A.J. Dillon exited last night's playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers after suffering an injury during a kick return that was deemed a "chest injury" that caused him to miss the remainder of the game.

Turns out, Dillon suffered a fractured rib.

From NFL Network:

As if the loss wasn’t tough enough, source said #Packers RB AJ Dillon suffered a fractured rib last night against the #49ers. It would have been a battle to be back for the NFC Title game.
