Packers running back A.J. Dillon exited last night's playoff loss to the San Francisco 49ers after suffering an injury during a kick return that was deemed a "chest injury" that caused him to miss the remainder of the game.
Turns out, Dillon suffered a fractured rib.

The second year running back had seven carries for 25 yards along with the Packers only touchdown of the game prior to exiting.
