Aaron Rodgers skips Packers minicamp, faces $93K fine

June 8 (UPI) -- Aaron Rodgers was a no-show Tuesday at the Green Bay Packers' mandatory minicamp, which makes the All-Pro quarterback potentially liable for more than $93,000 in fines.

Sources told NFL Network and Yahoo Sports that Rodgers did not report to the practice session with his teammates.

Skipping the session makes Rodgers subject to $93,085 in fines should he miss all three days of the practices. The Packers still can grant Rodgers an excused absence to avoid the fines.

Rodgers will be fined $50,000 per day if he skips mandatory training camp.
