The Charles Schwab Challenge kicked off the PGA Tour’s return to action this past weekend and a couple of former California Golden Bears were there to have some fun with one another, at least virtually.
Former Cal QB and current Green Bay Packers superstar Aaron Rodgers virtually introduced former Cal golfer Max Homa on the first tee of the event. The announcement, however, was unlike any other announcement that the PGA Tour is used to.
Rodgers remarked that Homa ‘has a mustache that allows his friends to make fun of him endlessly, a wife that gives him the cold shoulder and a dog and best friend that refuses a walk.
