The Gonzaga Bulldogs had a record setting performance last year, and look to build on the overall success of the West Coast Conference, beginning conference play on Dec. 28.
Prior to the cancellation of the 2020 NCAA Tournament, the WCC was going to send two schools to the NCAA Tournament for the second-consecutive year. The Portland Pilots, picked to finish last in the 2019-20 preseason poll, completed a miracle run through the tournament and qualified for the NCAA Tournament for the first time since 1997.
