Texas A&M defensive lineman Landis Durham went from being unknown on his own team to leading the Southeastern Conference in sacks. It’ll be interesting to see if opponents attack him differently, but Durham’s preparing for this season much as he did a year ago.
“[I’m] just making sure I just know my job,” Durham said, “and making sure I can execute at a high level at full speed and be productive every day.”
Durham certainly did that last year. The 6-foot-3, 255-pounder had 56 tackles, 12 of them for losses and 10.5 for sacks. All those marks were the best on the team by a defensive lineman.
