Scouting quarterbacks is hardly an exact science. Arguably, evaluating their talents is the easier part. Finding the right schematic fit for them is an area that can lead to even more heated debates, in draft rooms and on Twitter.
It is one thing to identify what a player does well, or poorly. It is another to try and project them into the best offensive system for them. Scouts can agree on a QB’s traits, and completely disagree on what offense is their ideal situation.
With the draft nearly here, it’s time to continue that process, as we did with the “Top Five” last week.
