Josh Huff will not be on the field for the first two weeks of the season.

The Saints wide receiver has been suspended without pay for violating the NFL's policy and program for substances of abuse and the league's personal conduct policy, according to a league source.

Huff is eligible to participate in the offseason program and preseason games.

Huff was signed by the Saints to a reserve/futures contract earlier this offseason.

He was selected in the third round of the 2014 draft out of Oregon by the Philadelphia Eagles. He spent three seasons with the team and then played three games for Tampa Bay in 2016.
