Roger Goodell is reportedly prepared to fine Dallas Cowboys' Jerry Jones 'millions of dollars'

Just when you had forgotten about the spat between Roger Goodell and Jerry Jones, now comes word that the NFL commissioner is prepared to fine the Dallas Cowboys owner "millions of dollars."

The New York Times is reporting that Goodell has the support of many NFL owners to fine Jones for his public comments against Goodell and his efforts to derail contract negotiations against him in the feud over suspended Cowboys running back Ezekiel Elliott.

Jones publicly advocated for Elliott to not be suspended after the NFL had investigated claims of domestic violence against him.
