Missouri’s Porter Jr. to sit again at Vanderbilt

NASHVILLE, Tenn. — The wait will have to continue.

After once again taking the floor with the Missouri men’s basketball team during pregame warmups, freshman phenom Michael Porter Jr. is inactive Tuesday night at Vanderbilt.

"I don't have a timeline, but the most important thing is that he's healthy and able to play in games," first-year coach Cuonzo Martin said this past Saturday. "In his case, he wants to play, and I think that the good thing about it but we just have to make sure he's ready to go from my standpoint, the doctor, the trainer, and watching him through practice and live-game situations.
