Freshman quarterback Adrian Martinez impressed his coach and fans during the Husker spring game.
Now he’s even landed in an online dictionary as an example of excellence.
Dictionary.com tweeted to its 225,000 followers a definition of “baller”: slang for “someone who or something that is skillful or excellent.”
The tweet added, “See also: Adrian Martinez #Huskers.”
Folks at the website say they aren’t former Nebraskans, but they say they did notice that Martinez and his impressive spring game performance Saturday was trending on social media.
