Hue Jackson makes it clear: Tyrod Taylor will be Cleveland Browns' starting QB

The Cleveland Browns introduced their slew of new acquisitions on Thursday, and head coach Hue Jackson immediately annointed quarterback Tyrod Taylor his starter.

"He's going to be the starting quarterback," Jackson said. "There is no competition."

There's no question it's a new era of Browns football, but then again it always feels that way. Of course, with Joe Thomas heading to retirement and last year's predominant starting QB, DeShone Kizer, traded away, it's even more dramatic overhaul. Jackson says he believes Taylor can help fill what appears to be a big void.

"It really gives me a chance to show the team who the leader of the franchise is," Jackson said.
