KNOXVILLE — Tennessee has taken the field three times so far this spring, twice in shorts and for the first time in pads Saturday.
In an admittedly small sample size, Jeremy Pruitt likes what he’s seen from his team, but it’s also too early for him to tell exactly what he has.
When Pruitt continued to delve deeper, though, offense was the first thing to come to mind. Specifically, Pruitt mentioned his quarterbacks.
“I can say this, when we protect the quarterbacks, our quarterbacks have created some explosive plays,” Pruitt said. “The key of the drill is we have to protect the quarterbacks.
