It could be a long Thursday night for Texas A&M wide receiver Christian Kirk, who is projected to be a late first- or early second-round pick in the NFL draft.
Most NFL analysts had Kirk as a first-round pick after he declared for the draft Jan. 2, forgoing his senior season. But since then most have dropped Kirk into the second round, and if that happens, it will end A&M’s streak of having a first-round pick at seven straight years.
