Former Bulldogs in the NFL: Georgia running back duo has big Week Four

The NFL landscape has begun to take shape at the season’s quarter mark. Several former Bulldogs had a stellar week across the league as September action wrapped up. Here are some standout Week Four performances from Georgia alumni.

Offense

It was a career game for the former Georgia running back. He saw easily his greatest volume of touches this season with 25 carries for 112 yards and a touchdown. He played a massive part in New England’s 38-7 demolition of the previously-undefeated Dolphins. While recording his first career NFL 100-yard game and touchdown, he was the Patriots’ workhorse runner, a role he did not typically assume in college as Georgia’s change-of-pace back.
