Saints coordinators Dennis Allen and Pete Carmichael have both been mentioned in the media as potential head coaching targets for the five NFL teams that currently have an opening, although neither has been reported as a target for a specific team yet.
Whether or not Allen or Carmichael is on a team's list, the two coordinators stressed that they're focused on Sunday's game against the Panthers.
Neither coordinator can be interviewed for a head coaching job until the Saints are either knocked out of the playoffs or make the Super Bowl, in which case they could be interviewed during the bye.
