Rising Gonzaga Bulldogs senior Corey Kispert was named one of 11 players on the newly-formed National Association of Basketball Coaches (NABC) Player Development Coalition (PDC). The coalition consists of Division I men’s basketball players who will provide perspective and feedback on college basketball issues.
“Being a part of the PDC has the potential to be one of the biggest highlights of my college career,” Kispert said in a statement. “We can’t wait to work to give players a stronger voice throughout all of basketball.”
Although it is unclear specifically what the group will do, just by providing a conduit for student-athlete voices to be heard can only be a good thing at the moment.
