BYU head football coach Kalani Sitake has taken a variety of steps to ensure that the Cougars don’t repeat their dismal 2017 season, from changing up the coaching staff to changing schemes to increasing accountability.
One of the ways that emphasis has been evident during spring camp has been the amount of physicality.
“This year has been a little bit different because we have had a lot more live scrimmages than we have had in the past,” Sitake said Monday. “They are probably a little worn out, but that’s OK. That gives us a good jumpstart toward fall.
