Aaron Rodgers dodges questions about his displeasure with Packers' offseason decisions

GREEN BAY — Aaron Rodgers says he knows his role — and that role is to play quarterback for the Green Bay Packers.

It’s not to be the team’s general manager — although there’s no evidence that the two-time NFL MVP ever wanted final say on any of the decisions new GM Brian Gutekunst is tasked with making. And it’s not to force the team to bow to his wishes — like keeping wide receiver Jordy Nelson, who was released last month after 10 seasons — out of fear of him being disgruntled or not signing a contract extension.
