World No. 1 Jordan Spieth struggles in round of 16 but leaves Austin feeling good about Masters

World No. 1 Jordan Spieth lost his game and was eventually schooled by South African Louis Oosthuizen 4 and 2 in the round of 16 in the WGC Dell Match Play on Saturday morning.

Spieth, 22, had played more rounds at Austin Country Club than the number of career events he has played on the PGA Tour, with his at least weekly visits to the club as a member of the University of Texas golf team. Yet that experience didn't seem to aid Spieth, who won his first three matches relatively easily over Welshman Jamie Donaldson 3 and 2, Frenchman Victor Dubuisson 5 and 4 and good friend Justin Thomas 3 and 2.
