Weekly 18: At U.S. Open, Brooks Koepka shows why big hitters rule

CROMWELL, Conn. -- It's definitely not the toughest PGA Tour surname to spell, but I'll be damned if it isn't hard to keep from typing "Kopeka" when you write about the U.S. Open champion.

1. The U.S. Open used to be the domain of players like Lee Janzen and Corey Pavin, guys who kept it in the short stuff, grinded out pars and minimized their mistakes. But the tournament has taken on a much different feel in recent years, with the likes of Brooks Koepka and Dustin Johnson winning. There's nothing wrong with that.
