JERSEY CITY, N.J. -- In Round 1 of The Northern Trust, Jordan Spieth shot a 72 and things started much of the same on Day 2 with a bogey on hole one. But since then he's been scorching hot, tallying a 31 on the front-nine.
On the par-4 sixth, he smashed a tee shot 327 yards and then holed out from 81-yards for eagle.
He'd eagle again on the par-5 sixth, but this time it was a little more sporadic. His drive went 294 yards to the right rough with a 255 look to the hole.
