The speaker is Web.com Tour player Peter Malnati, who was attempting to play a shot out of a water hazard during Thursday's first round of the WinCo Foods Portland Open. No doubt Malnati had visions of emulating Bill Haas in the 2011 Tour Championship, but the water was deeper and the mud muddier, as you can see by the threatened disappearance of Malnati's right leg.
