U.S.: Make the most of lessons learned

My attitude and focus coming into 2016 is so different than it was in 2012, the year of my first Ryder Cup captaincy.
In my first go-round, I was still in the middle of a huge learning curve, with all the operational and administrative decisions that are required as Ryder Cup captain.
Most if not all of those are in the rearview mirror this time around, and my focus is much more singular.
