Yani Tseng takes some strong momentum in her return home to Taiwan for next week’s Fubon LPGA Championship in Taipei.
With a 4-under-par 68 Sunday, Tseng tied for second at the KEB Hana Bank Championship in South Korea, one shot behind the winner, Lexi Thompson.
That’s three finishes of fifth or better now in Tseng’s last four LPGA starts. She was also second at the Yokohoma Tire Classic in late August and fifth at the Sime Darby in Malaysia last week.
“Getting closer and closer,” Tseng said. “I'm feeling very good about my game today, and actually the whole week.
