Topgolf and Orlando have long seemed like the perfect partners.
Orlando is a city famous for its golf and its entertainment. TopGolf is a company becoming well-known for mixing those exact two things.
And on Thursday, at the PGA Merchandise show in Orlando, the partnership became official as Topgolf revealed Orlando will be home to its newest 65,000-square-foot facility, which is expected to open in early 2017. The company said it will break ground for the facility in February.
"Orlando is one of the biggest entertainment and tourism markets in the United States," said Topgolf Vice President of Real Estate Development Zach Shor.
