Thomas Hogan, a 15-year-old from Frederica Academy in St. Simons Island, Ga., verbally committed July 11 to play college golf for Ole Miss.
The 2018 recruit made his decision at the Ole Miss golf facility in Oxford, Miss., choosing the Rebels over Auburn, Clemson, Georgia, Georgia Tech, South Florida, Vanderbilt, all of which he visited.
"I picked Ole Miss due to Coach (Chris) Malloy," Hogan said. "He has an outstanding track record and has great plans for the Ole Miss program. He is a very hands-on coach that gets the most out of his players. I believe I will be able to reach my goals under his leadership and coaching.
