Jay Seawell's squad, which celebrates each team victory with milkshakes, won its fourth straight Jerry Pate Intercollegiate title on Tuesday at Old Overton Country Club in Vestavia Hills, Ala.
Junior Robby Shelton led the way for the Tide, capturing medalist honors for the second time this season and sixth time in his college career. Shelton's final-round, 1-under 69 left him at 11-under 199 and one shot ahead of Auburn's Michael Johnson, who closed with a 6-under 64.
