Noah Moss, of Bethesda, Md., has verbally committed to play for the UConn men's golf team in 2016.
Moss, a senior at Walter Johnson High School, is No. 427 in the Golfweek/Sagarin Junior Rankings.
"The recruiting process is very difficult because you have to get lucky and patient when looking for your niche on a team," said Moss in an email. "For me, the second I stepped foot onto UConn's campus during my first unnoficial visit, I knew it was the right environment for me."
Moss also took visits to Georgetown, Maryland, Colorado and Loyola (Md.
