No shirt, no shoes, no problem for Haydn Porteous at Tshwane Open

Even though Justin Harding holds the lead and Jose-Filipe Lima aced No. 5 at the European Tour’s Tshwane Open, Haydn Porteous was the talk of the town after ditching his shoes twice to play shots on the edge of water hazards.

With his shirt and shoes off and pant legs rolled up to the knees, Porteous stood with one foot in the water as he made not-so-solid contact on his ball. His ball, accompanied by a big splash, went almost straight into the air and rolled back down the hill in front of him, resting a few feet from the initial shot.
