Phil Mickelson kept his hopes alive for his first win in more than two years with a bogey-free 66 Saturday at the CareerBuilder Challenge.

For the third straight day, Mickelson holed a chip shot for birdie, and while he only hit 12 greens, the guy with his own short game DVD was 6-for-6 in scrambling.

"It's been a good three days," Mickelson said. "It's been a good start. I'm looking forward to tomorrow's round."

He'll start the final round six strokes behind leader Jason Dufner. But unlike in the past, Sunday's final round will be played on Pete Dye's Stadium Course.
