In recent days I’ve been trying to follow the Major League Baseball playoffs, which hasn’t always been easy, what with four series playing out across three channels. Are the Mets and Dodgers on MLB Network or TBS? Or maybe Fox Sports 1? And what about the Astros and Royals?
I still couldn’t tell you which cable channels are carrying which series. The confusion is exacerbated by the fact that game times sometimes are adjusted on the fly to fit the TV windows.
That confusion crystallized the nagging concern I’ve had over the recent decision by the LPGA and CME Group to move the final round of the CME Group Tour Championship to ABC on Nov.
