Arizona State junior Jon Rahm is the recipient of the 2015 Ben Hogan Award, which honors men's college golf's top player.
Rahm, from Barrika, Spain, has won seven times in his Sun Devil career, most recently at the NCAA San Diego Regional. Earlier this season, Rahm played the PGA Tour's Waste Management Phoenix Open on a sponsor exemption and tied for fifth.
Rahm is ranked No. 2 by Golfweek, behind only fellow Hogan Award finalist Maverick McNealy of Stanford.
In addition to his college success, Rahm is the top-ranked player in the World Amateur Golf Ranking.
