John Deere Classic 2017: Patrick Rodgers Holds Lead After 7-Under Round 2

Patrick Rodgers' red-hot start to the 2017 John Deere Classic continued with a seven-under 64 in Friday's second round to give him a two-stroke lead heading into the weekend at TPC Deere Run in Silvis, Illinois.

Rodgers, who fired a 65 in the opening round, sits at 13 under overall in the final PGA Tour warm-up event before next week's Open Championship, the season's third major tournament.

Bryson DeChambeau (-11) finds himself in second place after a six-under 65 in Round 2. Zach Johnson and Charles Howell III (-10) are tied for third.
